This award given in 2023 to Il Mirto Restaurant highlights the restaurant's commitment to a project that goes beyond dining experiences and hospitality.

Working with "sustainable" suppliers, reducing food waste, reducing or even removing plastic and other non-recyclable materials, valuing seasonality, and respecting every ingredient.

Il Mirto is the new concept restaurant of the ***** Botania Relais and Spa in Ischia. An idea that started a long time ago, with the aim of bringing the products of the earth back to the centre of the table, under a modern reinterpretation.

And the garden, cultivated in a conscious way, guides us straight to tradition, through its delights, transformed into tasty and surprising creations.
